Who are you?

• You have participated in end-to-end email marketing program operations, from development to execution

• You have experience with marketing operations solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.

• You are great in analyzing campaign performance/metrics and can distribute this performance to the Marketing Team

• You have excellent leadership and client relationship skills

• You have learned from practical experiences how to perform sufficient A/B testing that define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, and sales growth

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar lead role

 

What we expect from you?

• You lead the end-to-end email marketing program operation, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, continually evaluating these for improvements

• You can maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and can assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software

• You will work directly with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance.

• You are proactive and will constantly researching and implement the latest and best practices, strategies, and industry standards

• You have a “can-do” mentality, nothing can stop you!

• You are open to feedback and communication, even in the difficult moments of the projects

• You are a great leader and are always looking to guide colleagues and help where necessary
