To further strengthen our teams we are looking for an experienced business intelligence product owner, who helps us make companies better in their digital transformations.

 

HazelHeartwood works on large scale digital transformation programs in Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Customer Experience from roadmap to execution. We have clients from all industries, but we are leading the market in the automotive and service industry.

Who are you? 

• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• You excel in interpersonal skills and can comfortably facilitate interactions with customers and technology teams.

• You have proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.

• You have proven skills in team leadership and prioritisation of tasks.

• You have knowledge of BI and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau...).

• You are able to clearly explain complex information.

• You have experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

• You can speak English fluently; Dutch is a plus.

 

What we expect from you?

• You will gather business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements related to reporting.

• You will maintain the vision of the BI team at every stage of the project, from coordinating day-to-day tasks to delivery

• You will manage the relationship and expectations from the clients

• You will clarify all questions with a fact-finding approach and ensure the delivery in line with business priorities and applying Agile/Scrum methodologies with the different systems & teams

• You will facilitate the end-to-end process with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders on the client’s side, data engineers, and data scientists, to understand data requirements and deliver timely insights.
