01Business problem
Organisations want to prevent burnout, boost engagement and let people thrive at work and beyond. Chronic pressure and a lack of reflection time erode wellbeing and motivation, and most wellbeing programmes are reactive or short-lived and fail to create lasting behavioural change.
02Intervention
A six-month blended programme co-created with the companies and their people: collective workshops, individual coaching, habit-building practices and peer exchange, fostering self-leadership, resilience and collaboration. For employers, a structured framework and a community to embed human sustainability into the culture.
03Role of data & AI
Data rather than AI: participant feedback and HR metrics show whether the habits stick, and the programme plugs into the L&D programmes, internal communication and people analytics the company already has.
04Adoption
Reflection and self-awareness become part of daily routines rather than an annual event; HR, people & culture teams run it with internal champions in the business.
05Measurable impact
Sustainable wellbeing and motivation, higher engagement, lower burnout rates and a lasting cultural shift toward proactive wellbeing.
06Time to value
Six months per cohort.
