To further strengthen our teams we are looking for an experienced transformation consultant, who helps us make companies better in their digital transformations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Maintains the vision of the team at every moment of the project, from coordinating day-to-day tasks to delivery

• Is the ideal connection between the team of developers, business analysts, product owner & stakeholders

• Succeeds in reporting the status of the project at all times and in full transparency

• Manages to see, investigate, evaluate & implement the need for transformation with the team

• Proactively guides the transformation from vision to strategy in its entirety

• Has 5 years of experience in this position
