In times where we need to work longer, how can we make sure that older employees stay motivated? How can we mobilize them? How can we stimulate their innovative mindset? Experience@Work came up with a solution: older employees get the opportunity to offer their skills to another organization with maintenance of remuneration.

Bedrijven wisselen hun oudere werknemers uit
People aged over 50 get the opportunity to share their knowledge and competences with other employers through interim assignments. In this way, we want older employees to stay motivated until their retirement. This is the intention of the remarkable project Experience@Work.
