We are looking for a digital transformation consultant that supports our clients in building omni channel journeys that deliver tangible business impact.

We run large scale digital transformation programs in the domains of Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Customer Experience from roadmap to execution. We have specific experience in all sectors, but we are leading the market in the automotive and service industry. We focus on making tangible business impact using technology, aiming at our clients’ business success and sustainability.

 

We rely on experienced and creative people, working for clients worldwide.

We are currently looking for 10 new colleagues who:

• can quickly understand the specific context of the customer.

• can breakdown the clients’ vision into value driven roadmaps.

• steer the implementation of the roadmap from culture, process and technology point of view.

• build connections between all the stakeholders involved (typically business & technology teams)

• creates transparency on actual progress across all layers & stakeholders of the organisation.

• focusses on making others successful.

• drive the implementation of the transformation in iterations with business value at each stage (PDCA, Agile, Lean).

• understand that deep thinking (every organization has a specific context) is the key differentiator to make impact.

• has at least 3 years of experience in this type of position.
